Terms of Service

  • FISDeaf will bill for "no shows" or assignments canceled in less than 24 Hours from start of assignment.
  • If Deaf client does not show up, interpreters are only required to stay 15 minutes per hour scheduled.
  • Two-hour minimum per assignment.
  • If an interpreter travels 30 minutes or more, travel time will be assessed in 30 minute increments.
  • Cancellations should be emailed to info@fisdeaf.com. Assignments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed for the time designated.
